Special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS)

Swavalamban Connect Kendra is one of the nodal agencies under Special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS) which was introduced by Ministry of MSME under National SC-ST Hub (of NSIC) effective from May, 2017 to promote setting up of new enterprises by aspiring SC/ ST entrepreneurs and capacity building of existing MSEs for enhanced participation of SC/ST entrepreneurs in the public procurement by providing 25% upfront capital subsidy.The scheme is continued up to FY 2025-26 with an outlay of Rs.438 Crore.
